The 2012 PDX Strippies is the third installment of the annual awards show honoring all of the amazing talent that exists in the realm of the Rose City's world famous adult entertainment industry. The PDX Strippies are the brainchild of LA (by way of Portland) occasional stripper/current burlesque performer, Hezzy Tayte, and former Portland stripper and artist/author/show producer Rocket. It's a show focusing on the positive aspects of the industry in one big night of fun. You're going to see some of the best performers in town for thirteen bucks... and their boobs! There are no purchased votes or strip club politics in this show. Online voting is free and open to the public. Show night is a great opportunity for club owners, dancers, staff and fans to network, meet new people, and strengthen the sense of community in the PDX Strip Club Industry. Oh, and did we mention the boobs?

Nominations are free to all and open from October 1st through October 31st on our website, pdxstrippies.com. You have ONE MONTH to vote for your favorite dancers, strip clubs and strip club employees. This contest is open only to eligible exotic dancers and strip club employees. Eligible nominees must be residents of the Portland, Oregon area and dance/work regularly at clubs in Portland, Oregon. Winners from last year's show ARE eligible to win again this year. No one person can win more than two awards. Voting is limited to one vote per person per day. Strip club patrons and fans from anywhere are allowed to vote online for their favorites to win. On November 10th we will announce the top four finalists in each category. Then, the final winners will be selected by a top secret panel of judges who will go "undercover" secretly to judge each finalist as they work anytime between November 10th and December 3rd. The exception is the the Stripper of the Year award, which will be decided by audience ballot voting at the show! The winners in each category will be announced at the Third Annual PDX Strippies Awards Show, to be held at STAR THEATER on Tuesday December 4th, 2012. The members of the judges panel will be revealed on show night, as will some very special guests! Doors open at 8pm, the show starts at 9pm sharp. There will be a fashion show featuring local designers with sexy exotic dancer models plus performances by top adult entertainers, vendors, raffle prizes and a lot more! Tickets are $13 at the door. We'll make every effort to contact you if you are a final nominee, and we make every effort to account for multiple stage names. Votes are double counted by an unaffiliated third party to ensure they are correct! Be sure to get the night off on Tuesday December 4th so you can come to the big show! Don't forget to order business cards now so you can hand them out to potential new customers. We can't wait to hand out the trophies!
